The Arboleda District, was a 157 acre mix-use land development project located in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and included single family homes, condominiums, school, banking, retail, hotel and medical services and was positioned to provide a safe place for individuals and families to live, invest, work and play.
Financing was obtained through a Securities Backed Model from a portfolio of local companies (INTERBIENES, S.A., PALO ALTO, S.A. and VILLA TOSCANA, S.A.) linked with pooled investment vehicles.
